Personally my floor is nice to work on because of the people that I work with. I feel the care the nurses give to their pts in the icu is exceptionally. I do wish we were compensated appropriately for the work that we do.

They need to find a way to boost moral. Charge is always in the numbers and we never have any cnas on the floor to assist with turns. They also need to give the cnas more responsibilities within their scope. They barely stick the rooms let alone help clean patients.
