Review from Customer Support Dept

Leadership is poor at bestleader ship is poor at best

I am a Gastroenterologist physician at Stony Brook University Hospital. Chief Medical Officer Dr. Mark Sands and Chief Executive Officer Carol Gomes have been truly amazing during this COVID-19 crisis. They have been forthright and transparent and clearly have our safety as their number one priority

Review from Operations Dept

They work to Stony Brook Medicine the best hospital on Long Island.

I love that everyone works together to get the job done

Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Respect, compensation, staffing, employee retention

Being an advocate for their staff

Review from Customer Support Dept

they need to have a back bone and care about their staff

Review from Customer Support Dept

They need to find a way to boost moral. Charge is always in the numbers and we never have any cnas on the floor to assist with turns. They also need to give the cnas more responsibilities within their scope. They barely stick the rooms let alone help clean patients.
