What's the work from home policy like at Damco?
Very good. Although we have lots of freedom this might depend on: your manager and your role. But the tools and capabilities for it to work are given
What's the vibe like in the IT dept at Damco? How many hours are you working?
I think it depende on your current role. I work in support and sometimes work an extra hour or start early since my support team is located in India. But usually schedule is from 8-5 without to many opportunities to extend. If you’re in a position that requires collaboration from a colleague in another continent there’s where your flexibility on your schedule will be visible (if you’re ok with it or not)
