What are your coworkers at DHL like?
Very cool people
I love those people. Even the 2 I don't like are awesome.
There are 500,000 of them. Colleagues come from all nations, races and backgrounds. Diversity is a big thing at DHL. Not unusual at all to have meetings with 4-5 different nationalities, both sexes and multiple race makeups. Works great.

Their locations and work are growing fast. The revolving door is what hurts them the most.
Dot.com is growing and everywhere else is having difficulties, especially the Non Con area.
Ecommerce is growing exponentially.

Good. We have a multi-national multi-cultural environment. Typical meeting may have an American, Italian, German, Chinese and Indian all in the same team. DHL is a great place to work.
Laid back. Easy to talk to bosses.
It use to have a fun and friendly vibe until Roger Payne. Now, its a bit melancholy.

The interviewing is ok but when it comes to the actual hiring, the tend to over look older people of color with experience to the younger, straught out of school type.
