Should cut more time for training as it's wasting staffs time. Performance Analyst should go with 1 ideas. Diff ideas makes Data Management staff abit confusing doing their task. Example : Germany Country. Too many diff opinion for PA.
First of all their are some coworkers who want to get paid by just sitting and not do any work. The senior management would not say a single word to them, because those coworkers have been with DHL longer than me. Training should be given to all staff.
Communication need to be used properly
Better pay and paid off holidays or optional work on holidays as well as options sign up for overtime not mandatory overtime all the time I understand the need for labor but your draining the workers
