Colleagues are mostly nice and helpful. Superiors unfortunately are rather the opposite.

The vibe, I can free talk about any topic without feeling like im being judged, actually the best part of the day.

Our crew is looked at as the best crew on the ramp. Every crew member gets along and we sometimes go out after work. The one good thing is you can male some good lifelong friends here.

I'm a courier an I love my job I would not want do anything else an I get along with almost all the staff permanent or not even the cleaners an security but only up to a fraction of the supervisors an management that is were it ends

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

More cooperation with each other

More efficient meetings, no beating around the bushes and provide proper training and guidance.

This reviews been done as family member situation also upon talking/feedback from multiple staffs from DHL in Ponders Ends - Enfield area. Due to GDPR - name of managers and staff has mention even though they were nasty . DHL has the worse management and staff approached. Their staff was not trained

Improvements needed: 1. Fair compensation 2. Balanced workloads 3. Transparency in role expectations

Less drama about outside work lives... Less chilling out and hanging out at work.. and follow what you know your job is and stop making it harder for the person working behind you. Have integrity and show pride in your work. Your names is behind whatever kind of work you do. Make is great.

Understand each other, not push each other whenever met the deadlines. Second, too many useless training and excel exams. Wasting productivity hours.

Help agency staff settle in the DHL company. The coworkers should not be swearing at new employees. Only English language should be used. By talking in their own mother tongue its very disresfectful. Some of the coworkers need to work as a team. The standards should be set by the senior management.

Its the boss ppl that make the job awful
