Very streamlined, easy to follow through and transparent.
That it involves interaction with managers
That it's clear and cut
Review from Operations Dept
It's a two way street where both parties can communicate with each other
Went very smoothly after they found out your skills.
It was quick and easy
It was so nice but once your in very horrible organizations
Quick, no proper orientation or discription of job titles
The fact that there were not too many layers of bureaucracy
Review from HR Dept
Time spent getting to know me.
It was a light interview..not an interragation
Tell them what I know about DHL as a company.
when im asked a question and i know the answer
Challenging, want to know more about the new comer, culture and experience
Questions, time, peolpe and competitive
Friendly interviewers. Asked the right questions.
When I was 1st interview the branch manager at the the time was a guy that just wanted a person who no the city at the time there was no Google maps he asked me if I was in a area an there was a no to get back from 1 route what would I do an then I told I'd use a different route an the job was mine
My interviews were more like a conversation where we got to know each other better than the usual questionnaire
its a fair process from my point of view
It seemed to be a smooth process
This reviews been done as family member situation also upon talking/feedback from multiple staffs from DHL in Ponders Ends - Enfield area. Due to GDPR - name of managers and staff has mention even though they were nasty . DHL has the worse management and staff approached. Their staff was not trained
to hire by experience and competence - no favoritism
During interview, its quite though
Person is judged by their race not the hard work and honesty he can bring to the company.
Everything was done well nothing to improve on
