Toyota has generally good policies, decent benefits, and decent pay. It's by no means perfect, and there's still things happening that shouldn't be. But I've seen them improve in multiple ways over the last few years, and that's encouraging.
Benefits are good, pay is under the average. Its difficult to get promoted.
The confusing process of purchase at end of lease was caused by the website that falsely presumes that you are borrowing money for the purchase. I already have the money in a savings account. The website purchase process as a first step takes you borrowing money which I don't want.
