What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being Hybrid, one day a week in office, the environment was quiet for the most part
everyone is a go getter.
Generally Toyota is always trying to improve, and they usually make some amount of progress. The culture is pretty vibrant and diverse, though it could use more queer diversity and acceptance.
Rewards and recognition; incentives; celebration of little national days such as national cookie day, we all get cookies etc
Diverse culture, many friendships to be gained, amenities provided are generally helpful.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Diversity of thought at leadership level. Hold individuals and teams accountable to delivering results consistently across all divisions /work groups .
