Our senior leadership team at Cisco is fantastic, they really express themselves and their humanistic approach clearly and communicate the mission and values concisely and with clarity. Their expectations are well understood, all you have to do is listen.

There needs to be better alignment between Duo and Cisco processes, practices and values. There needs to be accountability and transparency enforces through increased implementation of programs and standardization. Silos need to be broken down and a human-centered structure should replace them.
