What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

One of our values is "be kinder than necessary:" give feedback early & often, start meetings with appreciations, and share info openly

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

There needs to be better alignment between Duo and Cisco processes, practices and values. There needs to be accountability and transparency enforces through increased implementation of programs and standardization. Silos need to be broken down and a human-centered structure should replace them.
