What are some of the best things about your team?Open to helping others and great at what they do
What did you like most about the interview process?The interview process involved many team members who are no longer with the organization, and it was great. It was difficult, extremely thorough, included several rounds and examined my experience from multiple perspectives. I loved it all!
What do you like best about the leadership team?Our senior leadership team at Cisco is fantastic, they really express themselves and their humanistic approach clearly and communicate the mission and values concisely and with clarity. Their expectations are well understood, all you have to do is listen.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?There needs to be better alignment between Duo and Cisco processes, practices and values. There needs to be accountability and transparency enforces through increased implementation of programs and standardization. Silos need to be broken down and a human-centered structure should replace them.
