Lots of inefficient systems and wasteful uses of time. Leadership doesn't value employees time or life

Horrible communication of status of my car repairs. My car still in the shop for over 5 weeks due to their mis diagnosis the first time. Over exaggerated charge for a re condition transmission which They never showed me proof of obtaining one but fails with same original problem ..a disgrace!!
