I worked there all of 4 days just to be let go on the fourth day after working the whole day and being told i wasnt going to be a good fir because i didnt learn the entire job in those 4 days essentially. This has easily been the worst job experience of my life not to mention it was insulting.

The franchise owner is a horrible person he uses his employees and rips off customers

I was an employee at aamco and was accused of saying something that I did not say instead of trying to talk it out they did not want to hear what I said

Lots of inefficient systems and wasteful uses of time. Leadership doesn't value employees time or life

Giving people a real fair chance when it comes to working, especially when pregnant and quite literally need a job to provide for their family and they want to work. I was a "good fit" prior to anyone finding out.

I was not given a fair chance. I was given 4 days to learn an entirely new job and skills. Im highly offended and humiliated and insulted.

If I would of gotten a raise after working a year and a half I asked for a dollar raise he laughed in my face

I feel undervalued because they did not ask me what was said instead they took one guy's word over min

The owners of the Aamco I work at have verbally abused several of the employees. Also manupulated the system resulting in a loss of money for myself and the Aamco company.
