Mr. Todd Newton has been the Chief Executive Officer of Apollo Endosurgery, Inc. since July 1, 2014. Mr. Newton served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of ArthroCare Corporation from January 1, 2012 to June 27, 2014 and April 2009 to June 27, 2014 respectively. He served as an Executive Vice President of ArthroCare Corporation until June 27, 2014 and also served as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Newton served as the Chief Accounting Officer at ArthroCare Corporation since May 2010. He served as a Senior Vice President of Finance at ArthroCare Corporation since April 2009. He served in various Executive Officer roles at Synenco Energy, Inc. from 2004 to 2008, including as President and Chief Executive Officer; President and Chief Operating Officer; and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Newton served in various roles at Deloitte & Touche LLP from 1984 to 2004, including as Partner from 1994 to 2004. He has been a Director of Apollo Endosurgery, Inc. since July 1, 2014. He is a member of the Texas State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio, from which he graduated in 1984.

Mr. Anthony Kalloo, M.D co-founded Apollo Endosurgery, Inc. in 2005 and is a Innovation Partner. Mr. Kalloo served as an Advisor of Apollo Endosurgery Inc. Mr. Kalloo serves as an Associate Professor of Medicine of Johns Hopkins Hospital, Division of Gastroenterology. He serves as the Director of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy with special interests in therapeutic endoscopy and sphincter of Oddi dysfunction.

Dr. Robert Hawes, M.D., also known as Rob, co-founded Apollo Endosurgery, Inc. in 2005 and is a Innovation Partner. Dr. Hawes served as an Advisor of Apollo Endosurgery, Inc. He is a Professor of Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina and adjunct Professor of Bioengineering at Clemson University. Dr. Hawes serves as Member of Scientific Advisory Board of Barosense, Inc.

Dr. Sergey Kantsevoy MD co-founded Apollo Endosurgery, Inc. in 2005 and is a Innovation Partner. Dr. Kantsevoy serves as Assistant Professor of Medicine of Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Kantsevoy is a Diplomate of American Board of Internal Medicine and ABIM Gastroenterology and Hepatology. He served as an Advisor of Apollo Endosurgery, Inc. Dr. Kantsevoy received his MD and PhD from Gorky State Medical Institute in Moscow in 1997.

Stefanie Cavanaugh serves as the CFO of Apollo Endosurgery. Stefanie started at Apollo Endosurgery in February of 2015. Stefanie currently resides in Austin, Texas Area.
