They are very experienced in terms of past years in the same role.
Working to solve the teams challenges, collaboartion, team work, living the company values.
Need to get better at promoting the company culture. There seem to be a lot of filtering going on between the mid management (i.e. Directors and VPs) and top level management.
More transparency, more investment in employee retention, strategy development and breakdown from C to IC level, more investment in IT, don't treat IT as a 'cost center', and cut the staff every year (brain drain).
