they need to treat everyone fairly and preferably release the schedule more than a day in advance. they need to be seen more as a helping hand in the restaurant rather than a boss who could fire them just because they dont favor that employee. the list could go on..

The Princeton New Jersey location management needs to make sure the to go orders are prepared correctly and if the order is incorrect, give the customer a coupon or some type of discount for a future visit.
