the only good thing about the company is the servers hosts and cooks that they hire. the managers at almost every location are not held to a standard that they should be and quite often show favortism and a lack of care for their employees.

Ive been a Bamaha Breezs darden employye for over 6 years. Ive been in the service industry over 14 years and i can confidently say that Bahama Breeze has been the most fulfilling experience. I am extremely passionate about providing a top tier experience for our guests.

My leadership team is passionate abkut thier job. Our leadership team sets a great example to all of our employees. They are willing to help in any way they can. Our team makes sure that our guest are having a great experience and are always looking for ways to imporve our teams overall performance.

they need to treat everyone fairly and preferably release the schedule more than a day in advance. they need to be seen more as a helping hand in the restaurant rather than a boss who could fire them just because they dont favor that employee. the list could go on..

I would say the anniverasry pay. It shows how this company values longevity and appreciates thier employees. I believe that valuing employees through compensation is a pivitol way to build a strong team.

Servers typically have each other's back.

Some of the best things about my team are their personalities. Everyone makes the restaurant shine in thier own unique way. Our guests who come on a regular bases do so because if the unique vibrant personalities of my team. I would also say my teams work ethic is second to none.

the people are very helpful and are always willing to work with a smile, they become your best friends very quickly and will make it the hardest part about leaving the company

The most positive aspect of the work enviorment at my company is how we value our guests. Its all smiles at work in order to spread that postive vibe to our guests. Its an enviorment that thrives on positivity and helping eachother.
