
Most days I feel a sense of accomplishment.
I like that I get to work from home.
They do what they promise they will do to better our overall team operation.
We are all very willing to help one another out. Also, I think each one of us brings different strengths to the table.
As a Customer Care Champion this is a very detail oriented, time-sensitive job, and takes a lot of knowledge in many areas. I am not paid overtime, however with a heavy workload and everything I mentioned above, it's difficult to meet most deadlines without working overtime. Salary bump would help.
