Very profesional, they are taking care of their customers and employees.
Approachable. If I really needed to go to anyone higher than a manager, I know that I can. The directors and VP's are always there if needed.

They all contribute quality work!
Our team actively supports each other. There is a willingness to share knowledge and not worry about "job security". The team understands the need to work as one entity and sharing tips and knowledge just makes us stronger.

Interview proces was easy, simple questions.

Friendly, welcoming environment allowed for me to perform at my peak level during the interviews.

It focused on my technical knowledge and not tell me about a time type of questions.
I had a face to face meeting with the person who was my future manager and I had a telephone meeting with a manager in the US. It was interesting to be interviewed by two very different people, with very different backgrounds.

I am happy that I am working in aviation industry.
When the customer comes back stating they are happy/satisfied with the service they received.
I have a sense of accomplishment each day.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's not about the company itself. It's difficult to be excited working in travel in the current times. The current situation of our industry also makes me doubt about the future success of our company. My doubts are not related to our leadership team's ability, but the current state of the industry
