They are good human beings
Frustrating. Limiting. Siloed and negative. Lack of long term vision and poor personnel management and accountability. No clarity or transparency. Lack of connection to and understanding of staff.
One of the worst, most corrupt nonprofits. No one knows where the money raised in "Signature Events" goes, and the pay is horrible. Do yourself a favor and don't apply here.
