I enjoy my position immensely & my coworkers. This is very much a community based company who cares about their employees. I do wish I was compensated more for the experience I brought to this position; I took a large pay cut when accepting this job, however I have the BEST supervisor ever!
The culture is great but don't expect to make a lot of money.
They continue to send wrong size tops for jeeps and charge 20 percent to return the tops and customer service is the worst I've experienced in a very long time.
Purchased a top and sunscreen. Sunscreen was damaged upon receiving it. Was able to get a replacement, but immediately knew i wanted to return it. I was declined a returned because i received a replacement sunscreen. Very poor policy in my opinion. Wasted $200.00, ill never buy from Bestop again!
My entire driver side of ny best too has fallen apart. Very bad quality. I soent alot of money on this and already contacted them over a year ago. No one is contacting me back. Its very upsetting. Will never buy from again
