What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the management team, everyone is encouraging, kind, they speak to you, I feel like I have belonged since day one.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a large pay cut when I accepted this position. I love my job, the environment, the management, the positive energy of the company so I went for happy over money. However, I am utilizing my skill set that is above & beyond what I'm being paid & now it's time to negotiate a salary increase.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The BesTop employees are kind, knowledgeable, welcoming, funny, humble, generous, very helpful, easy to approach; in general there's staff that have worked here for over 30 years & they still love coming to work so this proves this is a place full of people to be around!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Fair competitive wages for the market would be great
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work in the office setting, we are constantly helping each other, we laugh, we are compassionate when someone is having an off day. Our CFO will gather us to give us pep talks or tell us how proud he is of all of us. & on Fridays the company buys us lunch! I truly love coming to work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
My now supervisor was so informative, when talking to her I felt so comfortable & heard when making my requests. Our controller asked me great questions about my experience, he took time to read my resume, all of it, and was genuinely engaged when speaking with me. I appreciated that as well.

What makes you most happy at work?
My supervisor & the supervisor in the Customer Service department. These two women have been so encouraging & so positive as I learned the ins & outs of this company. I was a contractor, brought in to fix a few messes & move on; these ladies made me feel at home & appreciated; I needed that.
