How employees describe working at Bestop
Purchased a top and sunscreen. Sunscreen was damaged upon receiving it. Was able to get a replacement, but immediately knew i wanted to return it. I was declined a returned because i received a replacement sunscreen. Very poor policy in my opinion. Wasted $200.00, ill never buy from Bestop again!
Fair competitive wages for the market would be great
They continue to send wrong size tops for jeeps and charge 20 percent to return the tops and customer service is the worst I've experienced in a very long time.
Better customer service that listens versus talking over people. Also, maybe create an owners manual for your products.
My entire driver side of ny best too has fallen apart. Very bad quality. I soent alot of money on this and already contacted them over a year ago. No one is contacting me back. Its very upsetting. Will never buy from again
