Mr. Daniel James Hallahan has been the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing at CAI International Inc. since February 2010. Mr. Hallahan has been employed by CAI International, Inc. since 1992 and has over 30 years of experience in the container leasing industry, both as regional marketing manager and direct marketer. He served as the Vice President the Marketing in Europe of CAI International Inc. from July 1992 to February 2010. Mr. Hallahan served as Head of European marketing operations and was responsible for the successful integration of CAI Consent Sweden AB with CAI's European operations. During the past many years with CAI, Mr. Hallahan has developed a broad base of marketing experience and close relationships with the major shipping lines. He has a strong reputation among CAI's customers and marketing staff.

Ms. Camille G. Cutino has been a Vice President of Operations and Human Resources at CAI International Inc. since October 2011. Ms. Cutino served as the Vice President of Operations of CAI International Inc. from January 2000 to September 2011. From 1991 to 1999, Ms. Cutino served as a Director of Operations at CAI International Inc. and served as its independent contractor from May 1991 to June 1992. From July 1986 to April 1991, Ms. Cutino served as Director of Operations for Itel Containers. Ms. Cutino holds a B.S. from San Francisco State University.

Mr. Timothy B. Page, also known as Tim, has served as Chief Financial Officer of CAI International, Inc. since May 2011. From 2008 to 2011, Mr. Page was Chief Financial Officer of Port Logistics Group, Inc. From 2004 until 2008, Mr. Page was the Chief Financial Officer of Quality Distribution, Inc. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Page was the Chief Financial Officer of Perry Ellis International, Inc. Mr. Page holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Mr. James Magee has been President of Rail at CAI International Inc. since June 13, 2017. Mr. Magee served as Senior Vice President of Rail at CAI International Inc. Mr. Magee has been part of the senior management of CAI Rail since January 2011. Mr. Magee has an extensive rail industry background having served in management roles with CSX Transportation, Helm Financial Corporation, Flex Leasing Corporation, Allco Rail Finance Corporation and ATEL Capital Group. He holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park and an M.B.A. from Loyola University in Maryland.

Jim Perrewe serves as the Vice President Marketing of CAI International, Inc.. Jim started at CAI International, Inc. in May of 2014. Jim currently resides in Clarksville, Tennessee Area.

Brian Akers serves as the Vice President of International Logistics of CAI International, Inc.. Brian started at CAI International, Inc. in June of 2018. Brian currently resides in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area.

Matt Easton serves as the Vice President, IT of CAI International, Inc.. Matt started at CAI International, Inc. in August of 2010. Matt currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Steven Garcia serves as the Vice President, Legal Affairs of CAI International, Inc.. Steven started at CAI International, Inc. in January of 2013. Steven currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
