She served as Vice President of Marketing and Employee Communications at KB Home since June 1999. She directed all companywide marketing (product and corporate), advertising, employee communications, research, executive communications and the Internet. Her oversight also included management of 's outside advertising agency as well as 's nationwide houseCall(TM) customer/call center based in Pleasanton, California. Ms. Marlett served as Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Communications at KB Home until August 27, 2010, where she was responsible for these key functions across its operating divisions nationwide. During her 15-year career at KB Home, she was credited with establishing and maintaining one of the most recognized brands in homebuilding through groundbreaking and attention-grabbing promotions. She also orchestrated and led a number of high-profile and industry-first partnerships with Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Disney and others. Ms. Marlett served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at KB Home. Ms. Marlett previously served as Vice President of Advertising for KB Home, where she oversaw all print, broadcast, direct mail, Internet and billboard advertising for 's 18 United States divisions spread over 7 Western states. She directed the activities of KB Home's outside advertising agency and was responsible for assuring strategic consistency in the style and tone of all advertising. Ms. Marlett joined KB Home in 1995. Earlier in her career, she held key marketing and public relations positions in the aerospace and health care industries. Prior to that, Ms. Marlett worked at Rockwell International, where she served as Media Relations Manager at 's World Headquarters in Seal Beach, California. She served as Manager of Advertising and Communications at Rockwell's Rocketdyne Division in Canoga Park. Ms. Marlett has received numerous awards in the marketing and communications field from national and local organizations. She holds B.A. in Journalism from California State University in Long Beach.

From 1989 to 1999, Mann held several management positions at Pulte Homes Corporation''s Charlotte division, including project manager, construction manager and purchasing manager. His homebuilding experience also includes serving as president of Homewood Homes in Columbus, Ohio, from 1999 to 2000, where he supervised all corporate and building operations for the privately held builder, as well as overseeing the development and implementation of a comprehensive, new marketing and sales program. Active in the building industry, Mr. Mann is a Member of the Mecklenburg County (North Carolina) Builder Developer Commission and the Mecklenburg County Building Standards Compliance Task Force and he served on the board of the Charlotte Home Builders Council. He is a graduate of the University of Denver, where he earned a BSBA Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management.
