Mr. Larry T. Nicholson has been President and Chief Executive Officer of CalAtlantic Group, Inc. since October 2015. Prior to that Mr. Nicholson served as Chief Executive Officer of The Ryland Group, Inc. (???Ryland???) from June 2009 to September 2015 and President of Ryland from October 2008 to September 2015. From June 2007 to May 2009, Mr. Nicholson served as Chief Operating Officer of Ryland and Vice President of Ryland and President of their Southeast Region from 2004 to May 2007. Mr. Nicholson held various operational and leadership positions since joining Ryland in 1996.

Mr. Peter G. Skelly, also known as Pete, has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at CalAtlantic Group, Inc since October 1, 2015. Mr. Skelly has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Ryland Group Inc. since June 3, 2013 and 2013 respectively. He serves as the President of Ryland Homes of Arizona Inc. He served as Senior Vice President at Ryland Group Inc. since 2006. Mr. Skelly served as the President of Ryland Homebuilding of Ryland Group Inc. from January 11, 2011 to June 3, 2013. Mr. Skelly manages Rybrook Holdings Limited's consolidated homebuilding operating structure and oversee its operating divisions. He served as President of North Region Operations for Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions at Ryland Group from October 17, 2006 to January 11, 2011. Mr. Skelly served as the President of Chicago Division - Ryland Homes North Central Region at Ryland Group from 1999 to 2006. Mr. Skelly holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Georgetown University.

Mr. Jeffrey J. McCall, also known as Jeff, is an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CalAtlantic Group, Inc. since June 01, 2011. Prior to joining the Company, he was Chief Financial Officer ??? Americas at Regus plc (???Regus???) from August 2004 to May 2011. From December 2003 to August 2004, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of HQ Global Workplaces, Inc., which was acquired by Regus in August 2004. From 1998 to 2003, he was Principal at Casas, Benjamin & White LLC.

Mr. Scott D. Stowell serves as Executive Chairman of the Board at CalAtlantic Group, Inc. Mr. Stowell joined The Irvine Company, California-based Standard Pacific Homes in 1986 as a Project Manager in the Orange County Division and, in 1993, became Vice President of Project Development. In April 1996, he was promoted to President of the Orange County Division. In September 2002, he was named President of the Southern California Region. In May 2007, Mr. Stowell was named Chief Operating Officer of Standard Pacific Corp and was named President in March 2011. In January 2012, Mr. Stowell was named Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Standard Pacific, Mr. Stowell worked with Irvine, first as Manager, Product Development and Market Research, later, as Project Analyst. Beyond his work at CalAtlantic Group, Inc., Homes, Mr. Stowell is actively involved in the Building Industry Association and the Board of Directors. He serves as HomeAid America's Chairman of the Board of Directors and on the Advisory Boards of the Orange County Management Association and Pretend City Children's Museum. He is also on the Policy Advisory Board of the Fisher Center for Real Estate at the University of California, Berkeley and Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies.

Ms. Wendy L. Marlett has been the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of CalAtlantic Group, Inc. since September 7, 2010. Ms. Marlett served as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Standard Pacific since September 7, 2010. She served as Vice President of Marketing and Employee Communications at KB Home since June 1999. She directed all companywide marketing (product and corporate), advertising, employee communications, research, executive communications and the Internet. Her oversight also included management of 's outside advertising agency as well as 's nationwide houseCall(TM) customer/call center based in Pleasanton, California. Ms. Marlett served as Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Communications at KB Home until August 27, 2010, where she was responsible for these key functions across its operating divisions nationwide. During her 15-year career at KB Home, she was credited with establishing and maintaining one of the most recognized brands in homebuilding through groundbreaking and attention-grabbing promotions. She also orchestrated and led a number of high-profile and industry-first partnerships with Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Disney and others. Ms. Marlett served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at KB Home. Ms. Marlett previously served as Vice President of Advertising for KB Home, where she oversaw all print, broadcast, direct mail, Internet and billboard advertising for 's 18 United States divisions spread over 7 Western states. She directed the activities of KB Home's outside advertising agency and was responsible for assuring strategic consistency in the style and tone of all advertising. Ms. Marlett joined KB Home in 1995. Earlier in her career, she held key marketing and public relations positions in the aerospace and health care industries. Prior to that, Ms. Marlett worked at Rockwell International, where she served as Media Relations Manager at 's World Headquarters in Seal Beach, California. She served as Manager of Advertising and Communications at Rockwell's Rocketdyne Division in Canoga Park. Ms. Marlett has received numerous awards in the marketing and communications field from national and local organizations. She holds B.A. in Journalism from California State University in Long Beach.

Mr. John P. Babel has been Executive Vice President and General Counsel at CalAtlantic Group, Inc since February 2009. Mr. Babel has been Secretary at CalAtlantic Group, Inc since February 25, 2009. Prior to that Mr. Babel served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of CalAtlantic Group, Inc. from February 2009 until February 2012. Mr. Babel joined CalAtlantic Group, Inc. as Associate General Counsel in October 2002. Prior to joining CalAtlantic Group, Inc., he was a corporate lawyer with the international law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

Mr. Martin P. Langpap, also known as Marty, serves as President of Southern California Inland at CalAtlantic Group, Inc. (formerly Standard Pacific Corp) and served its Division President of Inland Empire. He has done Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara.

Dan Grosswald serves as President of South Florida at Standard Pacific Corp. (now known as CalAtlantic Homes). Dan Grosswald holds Masters of Business Administration, Finance from Florida Atlantic University in the year 2010-2011. Studied at University of Florida in the year 1980-1985.

Mr. Elliot A. Mann has been the President of Southern California Coastal at Standard Pacific Corp. (now known as CalAtlantic Homes) since June 16, 2014. Mr. Mann served as the President of Charlotte North Carolina of Standard Pacific Corp. He served as a Division Manager of Westfield Homes in Charlotte, NC, division of Standard Pacific Corp. since June 3, 2003 which is based in Irvine, California, acquired Westfield Homes USA, Inc. in August 2002. Mr. Mann was responsible for establishing a strong foothold and market presence in the Charlotte metro area, as well as in the northern markets of South Carolina. He also manages the division''s land acquisition, product development, housing construction, sales and marketing, finance and administration operations. Mr. Mann has more than a decade of homebuilding experience in the Charlotte area. He served as a Manager of the Charlotte division of Ryland Homes from 2000 to 2002, during which time the division built and sold nearly 2,500 homes. From 1989 to 1999, Mann held several management positions at Pulte Homes Corporation''s Charlotte division, including project manager, construction manager and purchasing manager. His homebuilding experience also includes serving as president of Homewood Homes in Columbus, Ohio, from 1999 to 2000, where he supervised all corporate and building operations for the privately held builder, as well as overseeing the development and implementation of a comprehensive, new marketing and sales program. Active in the building industry, Mr. Mann is a Member of the Mecklenburg County (North Carolina) Builder Developer Commission and the Mecklenburg County Building Standards Compliance Task Force and he served on the board of the Charlotte Home Builders Council. He is a graduate of the University of Denver, where he earned a BSBA Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management.
