I genuinely feel as if there alot of potential but as far as opportunities as en employee goes I'd love room for more movement and have done ver well in my department in mastic in our department in pittsburgh Pennsylvania
Professional, friendly, and overall stable work
Rush jobs and long hours with little personal time. Merit increases and bonuses incredibly cheap for great performance ratings given. High turnover with no adjustment for reduced capacity of my team, and in fact an increase in workload with aggressive deadlines.
It was a really great place to work
it is very educatiive and a good experience

very inconsistent. executive leaders do not care that each MD runs things his own way, reviews, compensation, bonuses all total discretion.
