What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Plan for capacity and be more flexible with work from home as a permanent option for data and analytics staff. Raises of 1% during high inflationary times and good performance reviews is an insult, try at least to to adjust and listen to your own economists. In a tight labor shortage, it's a joke.

All are competent analysts in their role; but I've encountered stinginess in sharing knowledge and unprofessional attempts to steal credit and step on me to get ahead. When you collaborate, it's not always two-way.
