Mr. Holler holds a B.A. from Fordham University and an M.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. in Finance from Northeastern University.

Mr. Brett I. Cohen, M.D., has been the Chief Operating Officer of Civitas Solutions, Inc. since November 30, 2015. Mr. Cohen oversees the Civitas??? services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and youth at risk within its human services segment. Mr. Cohen has been the Chief Operating Officer at National Mentor Holdings, Inc since November 2015. Mr. Cohen oversees the National Mentor Holdings's services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and youth at risk within its human services segment. Prior to joining The MENTOR Network in November 2015, Mr. Cohen worked in the healthcare industry for more than two decades???at both large established businesses and entrepreneurial ventures???driving a culture focused on patient care while implementing operating improvements and process changes, including electronic medical records technology, that led to higher quality and more efficient services. Mr. Cohen served as Corporate Vice President of Inpatient Services at Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA ( Fresenius ) from November 2012 to November 2015, where he led the turnaround of one of the organization's struggling divisions. Mr. Cohen served as Vice President of Operations, East Region at Kindred Healthcare, Inc. Mr. Cohen served as an Executive Vice President of Operations at HC Innovations, Inc. from March 2008 to July 24, 2009. Mr. Cohen served as an Executive Vice President of Operations at Enhanced Care Initiatives, Inc., a subsidiary of HC Innovations, Inc., since 2008. He served as a Vice President of Strategic Development of Enhanced Care Initiatives, Inc., from July 2007 to 2008. He served as an Executive Vice President of Operations at HC Innovations Inc., from March 2008 to February 2009. He joined HC Innovations as a Vice President of Strategic Development in 2007. Mr. Cohen had several management positions at UnitedHealth Group. He served as a Senior Director of Operations and Finance for the New England operations of Evercare, a division of United Healthcare from 2004 to 2007. Mr. Cohen has more than 12 years of executive and industry experience. Prior to his tenure with Evercare, he served as a Vice President of Business Development and Clinical Research Administration for Clinical Research Consultants, Inc. from 1998 to 2002. He developed and executed a business plan and market entry strategy. Mr. Cohen served as a Management Consultant with APM/CSC Healthcare from 1995 to 1998, where he focused on strategic planning and operational redesign projects for hospitals and health systems.
