Prior to joining The MENTOR Network in November 2015, Mr. Cohen worked in the healthcare industry for more than two decades???at both large established businesses and entrepreneurial ventures???driving a culture focused on patient care while implementing operating improvements and process changes, including electronic medical records technology, that led to higher quality and more efficient services. Mr. Cohen served as Corporate Vice President of Inpatient Services at Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA ( Fresenius ) from November 2012 to November 2015, where he led the turnaround of one of the organization's struggling divisions. Mr. Cohen served as Vice President of Operations, East Region at Kindred Healthcare, Inc. Mr. Cohen served as an Executive Vice President of Operations at HC Innovations, Inc. from March 2008 to July 24, 2009.
