Transparency and honesty in communications to the business. They care greatly about the mission of the company and make that clear. They still meet with candidates as part of the hiring process!

Commitment to creating (and building a more) inclusive environment. Recognition that mistakes happen and a very clear 'no-blame' culture/attitude. Spaces/groups for support based on personal identifiers/allyships such as LGBTQIA+, African diaspora, Parents etc.
