Mr. Lee A. Northcutt has been an Executive Vice President and East Regional Banking Officer at Colony BankCorp, Inc. since December 2009. Mr. Cook earned his BBA in Finance from Georgia Southern University in 1984 and his MBA from Georgia College and State University in 1991. He also is a 1996 graduate of the LSU Graduate School of Banking.

Mr. M. Edward A. Hoyle, Jr., also known as Eddie, has been an Executive Vice President and West Regional Banking Executive Officer at Colony BankCorp, Inc. since June 21, 2011. Mr. Hoyle has been employed with Colony Bank since February 2011 and is responsible for oversight of the markets in the western division. He has been in the banking industry since March 1979 and has experience and expertise in the lending and business development area. He was Agency Manager for State Farm Insurance Company, Burlington, NC. Prior to joining Colony, he was employed by Habersham Bank for approximately 10 years and served as Senior Vice President/Commercial Lending. While at Habersham, he also served as market president, chief credit officer and special assets officer. Mr. Hoyle served as a Director of Carolina Bank Holdings Inc. since 1996.
