Mr. Cook earned his BBA in Finance from Georgia Southern University in 1984 and his MBA from Georgia College and State University in 1991. He also is a 1996 graduate of the LSU Graduate School of Banking.

Mr. M. Edward A. Hoyle, Jr., also known as Eddie, has been an Executive Vice President and West Regional Banking Executive Officer at Colony BankCorp, Inc. since June 21, 2011. Mr. Hoyle has been employed with Colony Bank since February 2011 and is responsible for oversight of the markets in the western division. He has been in the banking industry since March 1979 and has experience and expertise in the lending and business development area.
