He served as Senior Vice President & General Manager Foil, Strip and Specialties Division for Pechiney from September 2001 to December 2003. Mr. Germain served numerous leadership positions in the aluminium industry including senior executive roles in operations, sales & marketing, financial planning and strategy with Pechiney, Alcan and Novelis. He served as a Director of Strategy and Management Control and Secretary on the Executive Committee of Pechiney Group. From 1982 to 1995, he spent 13 years in a variety of senior roles within Vallourec Group (steel and titanium tubes for high-tech industries), the leading European producer of steel tubes. Mr. Vareille served as the Chairman of Constellium France SAS since February 2012 and has been its Director since February 2012. He serves as an Independent Director of Etex NV and Verallia SA. He served as the Chairman of FCI SA since 2008. From 1995 to 2000, he served as Chairman of GFI Aerospace (now LISI Aerospace).
