Mr. Jean-Marc Germain has been the Chief Executive Officer of Constellium N.V since July 11, 2016 and its Executive Director since June 15, 2016. Mr. Germain served as an Advisor of Algeco Scotsman, Inc. from April 30, 2016 to July 2016. He served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Member of Board of Managers of Algeco/Scotsman Holdings Sarl until April 30, 2016. Mr. Germain served as the Chief Executive Officer of Algeco Scotsman, Inc. from March 12, 2012 to April 30, 2016 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from March 2012 to April 30, 2016 and served as its President and was responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of the global company. He joined Algeco Scotsman in March 2012. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Algeco Scotsman Global S.a.r.l. from March 2012 to May 13, 2016. He served as the President of North America and Senior Vice President of Novelis Inc. from May 15, 2008 to February 2012 and served as its vice president of Global Can from January 2007 to May 2008 and had P&L responsibility for operations at 11 plants. He spent seven years at Novelis in a variety of leadership roles where he oversaw operations, sales & marketing, strategy and supply chain activities. He served as the President of Novelis Luxembourg S.A. until February 2012. He served as Vice President and General Manager of Light Gauge Products for Novelis North America from September 2004 to December 2006. From January 2004 to August 2004, he served as co-lead of the Integration Leadership Team for the Alcan and Pechiney merger, which occurred in 2004. From 1989 to 1995, Mr. Germain was a Consultant for Bain & Co., working in Paris, Djakarta and Toronto. He moved to the post of Sales Director in a French subsidiary of General Electric Capital from 1996 to 1998. He served as Senior Vice President & General Manager Foil, Strip and Specialties Division for Pechiney from September 2001 to December 2003. Mr. Germain served numerous leadership positions in the aluminium industry including senior executive roles in operations, sales & marketing, financial planning and strategy with Pechiney, Alcan and Novelis. He served as a Director of Strategy and Management Control and Secretary on the Executive Committee of Pechiney Group. Before working at Alcan and Pechiney, Mr. Germain worked for GE Capital and Bain & Company. He has been Executive Director of Constellium N.V since June 15, 2016. He has been a Director of Algeco Scotsman Global Finance plc since September 10, 2012. He serves as a Director of CMM Industries Soci???t??? Anonyme w(formerly, CMM Industries SA).
