Mr. Jean-Marc Germain has been the Chief Executive Officer of Constellium N.V since July 11, 2016 and its Executive Director since June 15, 2016. Mr. Germain served as an Advisor of Algeco Scotsman, Inc. from April 30, 2016 to July 2016. He served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Member of Board of Managers of Algeco/Scotsman Holdings Sarl until April 30, 2016. Mr. Germain served as the Chief Executive Officer of Algeco Scotsman, Inc. from March 12, 2012 to April 30, 2016 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from March 2012 to April 30, 2016 and served as its President and was responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of the global company. He served as Vice President and General Manager of Light Gauge Products for Novelis North America from September 2004 to December 2006. From January 2004 to August 2004, he served as co-lead of the Integration Leadership Team for the Alcan and Pechiney merger, which occurred in 2004. From 1989 to 1995, Mr. Germain was a Consultant for Bain & Co., working in Paris, Djakarta and Toronto. He moved to the post of Sales Director in a French subsidiary of General Electric Capital from 1996 to 1998. He served as Senior Vice President & General Manager Foil, Strip and Specialties Division for Pechiney from September 2001 to December 2003. Mr. Germain served numerous leadership positions in the aluminium industry including senior executive roles in operations, sales & marketing, financial planning and strategy with Pechiney, Alcan and Novelis. He served as a Director of Strategy and Management Control and Secretary on the Executive Committee of Pechiney Group. Before working at Alcan and Pechiney, Mr. Germain worked for GE Capital and Bain & Company. He has been Executive Director of Constellium N.V since June 15, 2016. He has been a Director of Algeco Scotsman Global Finance plc since September 10, 2012. He serves as a Director of CMM Industries Soci???t??? Anonyme w(formerly, CMM Industries SA). Mr. Peter R. Matt has been Executive Vice President at Constellium N.V since November 1, 2016 and its Chief Financial Officer since January 1, 2017. Mr. Matt is responsible for Constellium's Finance, IT and Procurement functions. He spent 30 years in investment banking at First Boston/Credit Suisse AG where he built leading Metals and Diversified Industrials coverage practices and in his last position at the firm, was the Managing Director and Co-Head of Diversified Industrials Group responsible for managing its Global Industrials business in the Americas. Throughout his career, he worked closely with management teams across a broad range of competencies including business strategy, capital structure, capital allocation, investor communications, treasury and mergers and acquisitions. He is a graduate of Amherst College.

Mr. Pierre Vareille has been Vice President and Lead Director of Soci???t??? BIC SA since June 5, 2016. Mr. Vareille has been an Advisor of Constellium N.V since July 11, 2016 and Constellium France SAS and served as its Chief Executive Officer from March 1, 2012 to July 11, 2016. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Constellium France SAS since February 2012 and served as its Interim President of Packaging & Automotive Rolled Products. He served as an Interim President of Packaging & Automotive Rolled Products at Constellium N.V since December 1, 2014. Mr. Vareille served as an Interim President of Aerospace & Transportation at of Constellium France SAS. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of FCI SA since 2008. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of FCI SA, since December 1, 2007. He has an extensive experience in the metals and manufacturing sectors and a successful track record of managing global industrial companies. He served as a Group Chief Executive Officer of Wagon Plc from May 2004 to November 30, 2007. He served as the President of Pechiney's Aluminium Conversion business group since 2002. He served in a number of executive positions within international engineering and manufacturing groups. He served as Senior Vice President of Rio Tinto Alcan Inc. since December 3, 2003. Mr. Vareille served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of GFI Aerospace, a company specialized in fasteners for Aerospace and High Tech industries based in Europe, the USA and China, from 1995 to 1999. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Rhenalu. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Exhaust Systems Business Group. He served as a General Manager of several subsidiaries mainly involved in the aerospace and automotive industries. He also worked in senior management roles at Faurecia. From 1982 to 1995, he spent 13 years in a variety of senior roles within Vallourec Group (steel and titanium tubes for high-tech industries), the leading European producer of steel tubes. Mr. Vareille served as the Chairman of Constellium France SAS since February 2012 and has been its Director since February 2012. He serves as an Independent Director of Etex NV and Verallia SA. He served as the Chairman of FCI SA since 2008. From 1995 to 2000, he served as Chairman of GFI Aerospace (now LISI Aerospace). He has been Non-Executive Director at Ferroglobe PLC since October 26, 2017. He has been an Independent Director of Soci???t??? BIC SA since May 14, 2009. He served as an Executive Director at Constellium N.V from March 1, 2012 to July 11, 2016. He served as an Executive Director of Wagon PLC from May 01, 2004 to November 30, 2007. Mr. Vareille graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Paris, a French engineering school. Mr. Jeremy Leach has been Group General Counsel and Secretary of Constellium N.V since January 2011 and has been its Senior Vice President since October 6, 2017. Mr. Leach served as Vice President of Constellium N.V since January 2011 until October 6, 2017. Mr. Leach served as Vice President and General Counsel at Constellium France SAS since April 2010. He joined Pechiney in 1991 from the international law firm Reed Smith (formerly Richards Butler). Prior to April 2010, he served as the General Counsel of Alcan Packaging and has held various senior legal positions in Rio Tinto, Alcan and Pechiney. Mr. Leach has been admitted in a number of jurisdictions, holds a law degree from Oxford University (MA Jurisprudence) and MBA from the London Business School.

Mr. John Clark, also known as Jack, has been the Chief Technical Officer and Senior Vice President of Manufacturing Excellence at Constellium N.V. since October 2016. Mr. Clark served as Chief Technical Officer and Senior Vice President of Novelis Inc. since April 20, 2012 and May 2013 respectively. He served as Vice President of Operational Excellence at Novelis and was interim leader for the Novelis Global Manufacturing Services. Mr. Clark has more than 30 years of industry experience and prior to joining Novelis in 2010, held roles of increasing responsibility with Alcoa Inc. in North America and Europe, culminating in his role as Vice President of Operations for Alcoa China Rolled Products. He graduated from Purdue University in Engineering.

Mr. Vittorio Rossetti has been Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Constellium N.V. since February 2013. Mr. Rossetti joined Constellium in April 2012. Prior to that, Mr. Rossetti worked 16 years for Johnson & Johnson, in Italy, the UK, Belgium and the US. He has led major transformation programmes in the Consumer, Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical sectors. He has also set up and managed global outsourcing contracts. Prior to Johnson & Johnson he worked for Pirelli, for both the Tyre and Cables businesses. Mr. Rossetti holds a degree in Computer Science and a Master in Industrial Technologies and Business Management from the Milano Polytechnic.

Mr. Paul Warton has been the President of Automotive Structures & Industry Business Unit at Constellium N.V since January 2011. Mr. Warton serves as President of Extrusions and Automotive Structures business unit at Constellium France SAS. He joined Alcan Engineered Products in November 2009. Following manufacturing, sales and management positions in the automotive and construction industries, he has spent 17 years managing aluminium extrusion companies across Europe and in China. Mr. Warton served as a Business Area President of Profiles North America at Sapa AB. He served Positions of President Sapa Building Systems & President Sapa North Europe Extrusions during the integration process with Alcoa soft alloy extrusions. He served on the Building Board of the European Aluminum Association (EAA) and served as Chairman of the EAA Extruders Division. Mr. Warton holds an MBA degree from London Business School.

Mr. Peter Basten has been President of Packaging & Automotive Rolled Products Business Unit at Constellium N.V since October 6, 2017. Mr. Basten served as an Executive Vice President of Strategy, Business Development, Research & Development at Constellium N.V since June 2016 and served as its Executive Vice President of Strategy, Business Development, Research & Technology since June 2016. Mr. Basten served as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Constellium Holdco B.V. since July 2015. Mr. Basten served as Vice President of Strategic Planning & Business Development at Constellium Holdco B.V., since January 2011. Mr. Basten served as a Vice President of Strategic Planning & Business Development at Constellium France SAS since September 2010. Mr. Basten joined Alcan in 2005 as the Director of Strategy and Business Planning at Alcan Specialty Sheet and served as its Director of Sales and Marketing in 2008, responsible for the aluminum packaging applications markets. Prior to joining Alcan, he worked as a Consultant at Monitor Group, a strategy consulting firm. His responsibilities ranged from developing marketing, corporate, pricing and competitive strategy to M&A and optimizing manufacturing operations. He began his current position, as Vice President Strategic Planning and Business Development, in September 2010. Mr. Basten holds degrees in Applied Physics (Delft University of Technology, Netherlands) and Economics & Corporate Management (ENSPM, France).

Ms. Ingrid Joerg has been President of Aerospace & Transportation Business Unit at Constellium N.V since June 1, 2015. Ms. Joerg served as Chief Executive Officer of Aleris Rolled Products Europe. Prior to joining Aleris, she served leadership positions with Alcoa where she served as President of its European and Latin American Mill Products business unit and commercial positions with Amag Austria. She received a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Linz, Austria.

Mr. Paul Blalock has been Head of Investor Relations - U.S. at Constellium N.V since July 15, 2013. Mr. Blalock is based in New York and is responsible for managing Constellium's communications and relationships with investors, analysts and shareholders in the United States. Mr. Blalock served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Walter Energy, Inc. Mr. Blalock has been Vice President of investor relations of Clearwire Corporation since 2010. He served as Head of Investor Relations at Walter Energy, Inc. since July 2011. He served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Sirius XM Radio Inc. (Sirius Satellite Radio Inc.). Mr. Blalock joined Sirius with over 16 years of experience in investor relations, most served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Nextel Communications, Inc. from 1995 to 2005. He spent 20 years investor relations in the telecommunications industry. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Henderson State University.
