Everything is very flexible. If you need anything, you will be heard and you can set up you work environment as you need.

My coworkers are always there and ready to share their knowledge, offer the help I need. And all of them are super-smart. I love my current team-mates.

I would ask for a compensation raise, but during the war do not want to add an extra load for a company. I would love to get a raise after the war is over though.
