It would be nice if they still offered some benefits for health and or another savings option for health and wellness for part time associates

A cohesive connection with other stores, between management and associates, with direct messages being sent down, and ability for associates at a lower level to feel more appreciated and heard on a regular basis, possibly better pay or a benefit incentive of some sort could solve that.
