Very Favourable. There is a Free Gym for work outs. Holds summer outdoor events like Golf, barbecues etc

I would like to improve peoples involvement in team building
Make it less cut-throat and competitive and don't treat only fast track employees as the only good thing for the company.
More balance at work. Less nepotism. More upward progression of those who work. Less time networking and more time actually doing their present jobs. Also those in leadership positions should follow safety rules and cultural requirements and spelled out in DOW's written rules.

There is a very good Global systems, policies, procedures, work practises for implementation. However depends on the local leadership to adopt, customize and implement. Lot depends on the local leaders beliefs ands will to implement
