How secure do you feel at your job at Dow Chemical?
I do not feel secure with job or upward mobility. Even though I have lab tech and process tech degrees both with honors.
What's the best part of your job at Dow Chemical?
They do have benefits to those still employed by dow. Contractors not so much.
How do you feel about Dow Chemical's future?
Not sure. Selling off assets. Will be much smaller. Harder to move up. See a drain due to many staff, engineers , contractors and not enough operators that feel dedicated to dow.
How's the work pace at Dow Chemical?
For some it is great. They can get over and do very little all day. For others, who eventually leave. Work hard follow rules and never get promoted because they are not in the circle.
What kind of people succeed at Dow Chemical?
Con artist. The true workers get passed over for promotions.
