Ms. Smith also served as General Manager of USWeb/CKS, where she then served as Managing Partner responsible for building marketing and e-commerce strategies for clients such as Apple, Visa, Levi's and Williams-Sonoma. She has also worked at Young & Rubicam/WPP and Ogilvy & Mather. Ms. Smith holds BA in History from Smith College. .
