I feel like I can make a difference, that what we are setting out to do as a company is impactful, and I enjoy the people I work with. It's a fast paced start-up and we don't have everything figured out, but that's why I like it...I want to do something meaningful and grow as a result.

My experience at Elementum was positive only, everyone is very supportive and knowledgeable. It is very helpful as working for startup we wear different hats and often ask for advice and guidance. Because of that I learned a lot of new skills, I am definitely in much better position now.
