What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they are in the boat rowing in the same direction as us. They are not scared to roll up their sleeves and do the dirty work. They work tirelessly to improve the company and inspire myself and others to do the same. It truly feels like a team.

They are aggressive and visionary. They are always pushing the boundaries of accepted practice and challenging the status quo. It is refreshing working someplace where we are encouraged to think of creative ways to approach problems and have an executive team always challenging us to do so.
