There is almost always a tradeoff between choosing a higher salary and more equity, but this has not been my experience at Elementum. The complete compensation package is extremely attractive from top to bottom, and exceeded my expectations.

I know we're probably strapped for cash and not landing a ton of deals, but I feel pretty underpaid for the value I provide and the experience I have. The only thing that would make me feel better about my compensation is more compensation lol.
