Elementum Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

My OTE, and the stock options. I have yet to see my commission plan, but I have full trust it will be amazing.

Review from Sales Dept

The monetary compensation is great, the equity package meaningful, and benefit package solid. The compensation package is good.

Review from Engineering Dept

I like that the company shuts down for certain holidays. It allows the team to take an actual break

Review from Engineering Dept

It's fair and pays for over-performance

Review from Sales Dept

The medical benefits are great - I like the choices for care and the way the company helps us keep costs manageable in various ways.

Review from Engineering Dept

The 401K matching and HSA are quite useful

Review from Engineering Dept

I feel that it provides my family with what we need to not have to worry about it

The Commission Rate and the Benefits. But wish my vesting was no so long a process and take so many years.

Review from Sales Dept

Really good benefits for a startup. Both salary as well as others.

Health insurance is amazing thanks!

Review from Sales Dept

Excellent health insurance! Nice 401(k) match. Gym and work from home allowance are also great.

Review from Engineering Dept

I like the insurance plans and 401K matching.

The ability to earn ad-hoc compensation. The leadership team is very generous in providing compensation for hard work and dedication.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I like my monthly salary

Our Medical HDHP and incentives

Review from Sales Dept

The best part about the compensation package is the SPIFF bonuses.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The level of thought put around the synergy of the HSA and 401k investment accounts

Review from Engineering Dept

Especially for a start up, I find the comp package to be very competitive (with an emphasis on pre-IPO stock).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I know we're probably strapped for cash and not landing a ton of deals, but I feel pretty underpaid for the value I provide and the experience I have. The only thing that would make me feel better about my compensation is more compensation lol.
