Mr. Jeffrey S. Rittichier, also known as Jeff, has been the Chief Executive Officer of EMCORE Corporation since January 3, 2015 and serves as its President. Mr. Rittichier has an extensive record of accomplishment in the optical components industry. He served as Vice President and General Manager of Lucent's Access Business. He served as Chief Executive Officer of NanoStatics. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Xponent Photonics, Inc. since October 2001. He served as Vice President of Marketing of Ortel Corporation since April 1999. Mr. Rittichier joined Ortel in April 1999 as Vice President of Marketing for broadband communications, where he was responsible for overseeing the business unit's development through marketing strategies and tactics. From June 1994 to April 1999, Mr. Rittichier served various management positions, including Director of Marketing and Sales and Director of Manufacturing, for Etec Systems, a manufacturer of semiconductor generators and laser direct imaging systems. He also oversaw the development of the DigiRite 2000(TM) system, the world's first commercially successful Laser Direct Imaging system. From April 1991 to June 1994, Mr. Rittichier served various management positions with Cymbolic Sciences International, a manufacturer of imagining equipment and from April 1990 to April 1991, Mr. Rittichier served as Vice President of Marketing for GTX Corporation, a developer of CAD and document management software. From June 1984 to April 1990, Mr. Rittichier served various management positions with Gerber Systems Corp. Prior to 1984, Mr. Rittichier served as a Sales Engineer with Hewlett Packard. He has been Director of EMCORE Corporation since January 5, 2015. He serves on the Board of Directors for Sabeus Photonics. He served as a Director of Xponent Photonics Inc. He was awarded the title of Distinguished Alumnus by Ohio State University'sCollege of Engineering in 2011 and has completed the Financial Management Program at Stanford University. Mr. Rittichier earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University.

Mr. Shane Mortazavi has been Vice President of Global Assembly Operations at EMCORE Corporation since June 1, 2015. Mr. Shane leads global operations team for product assembly in both the U.S. and China. He joined STEC, Inc. (alternate name Simple Technology) as Vice President of Operations in March 2000. From June 1992 to February 2000, Mr. Mortazavi served as Manufacturing Operations Manager at General Monitors, Inc. Mr. Mortazavi graduated with a B.S. in industrial engineering and an M.S. in operations research from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Hank Blauvelt, Ph.D., has been Chief Technology Officer at EMCORE Corporation since January 2015. Mr. Blauvelt joined EMCORE Corporation in December 2007 as Chief Scientist with principal responsibility for the development of technologies for linear fiber optic applications. He served as Chief Technology Officer of Xponent Photonics, Inc. from October 2001 to 2007. In 1992, Mr. Blauvelt served as Vice President of Fiberoptic Technology at Ortel and after Ortel's acquisition. He was named Chief Technologist for Optical Access Products at Lucent Technologies/Agere Systems. When Ortel Corporation, was acquired by Lucent Technologies, Mr. Blauvelt distinguished himself by important contributions in the design of optical transmitters and receivers for transmission of CATV signals over fiberoptic links and was the principal inventor on the Ortel patents relating to reducing noise and distortion in these links from 1985 to 2000. His career in lightwave communications spans over thirty-five years. He has been awarded more than 60 U.S. patents. Mr. Blauvelt earned his PhD degree in Applied Physics from Caltech in 1982.

Mr. David Wojciechowski, also known as Dave, has been Vice President of Sales at EMCORE Corporation since June 15, 2015. Mr. Wojciechowski is a 20-year sales veteran in the optical communications, semiconductor and renewable energy industries with an established track record in sales strategy, business development and management of direct sales and customer service functions in the U.S., Canada and internationally including North American and Global distributors and channel partners. He has considerable experience with photovoltaic inverters. Mr. Wojciechowski served as Vice President of Sales - Americas at Maxwell Technologies, Inc. since February 2014. Mr. Wojciechowski served as Vice President of Renewable Energy Sales for North America at Power-One Inc. since October 17, 2011 and led North American and global sales teams and driven market development. He has extensive previous experience in sales with EMCORE. From 1986 to 1989 and from 2001 to 2009 Mr. Wojciechowski served as Director of Global Sales for EMCORE Broadband where he was responsible for sales strategy and market development in North America and China for products including 1310 nm and 1550 nm transmitters, laser modules, satellite communications RF links, video transport and FTTx products. He served as Senior Director of Sales at SMA Solar Technology America. He served as Director of Global Sales at Emcore and served senior engineering positions at a variety of companies, including IBM. Mr. Wojciechowski has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a dual BS in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University and BA in Chemistry from State University of New York at Potsdam.

Mr. Albert Lu has been Senior Vice President of Engineering at EMCORE Corporation since March 2017. Mr. Lu serves as a Vice President of Manufacturing Engineering at EMCORE Corporation until March 2017 and also served as General Manager of EMCORE China since 2010 until March 2017. Mr. Lu is focused on revamping EMCORE's manufacturing systems through use of automation and data analytics. Since 2005, Mr. Lu has defined and implemented EMCORE's China strategy, building the China organization from its nascent stages as a design center, to its current state as EMCORE's key manufacturing center. He was appointed General Manager of EMCORE China in 2010. Prior to this, from 1999 to 2005, Mr. Lu served as a Customer-Focused Design Engineer at EMCORE. Mr. Lu received both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is an alumnus of the Stanford Executive Program.
