It is a growing company and a fast-paced environment. There are growing changes and pains and people are usually excited and committed to the growth of the company. Leadership is supportive and understanding. Encore embraces diversity in all ways. Compensation is competitive.
Overall, I love my coworkers. They deserve better than they are getting and most of them are currently looking for another job. It is just too bad that none of us feel appreciated for the giant amount of work we do
The leadership team that stepped in over the last two years were a poor choice and it shows. I wish the old leadership had stayed to lead us to success and not failures.
