The leadership team has propelled the company's growth, while enacting fair rules to deal with the consumers, including a Consumer Bill of Rights.

401k matching is competitive, choice of health/dental/vision benefits is ok but could be better. Vacation/PTO is good, including 2 floating holidays.
Lower management roles are very demanding and dynamic. The pay less than people who report to me.
The leadership team's bonus is dependant on the work we perform and they get the bonus and we get nothing.

Sharp, nice, fair people, wanting to do the right thing. Most people at Encore have very varied backgrounds and come from different companies, making the intellectual capital of the company very strong. My team is very diverse.

We are supported by leadership. The company is growing and improving itself every day, and with that growth, there are a lot of challenges, changes, and moves which most people embrace very positively.
Reevaluate the c-suite executives and all people managers as most are not qualified to lead.
It was extremely thorough and they had me meet with a lot of people. They definitely took their time but I'm glad they wanted to make sure it was the right fit for both sides, the company and me.
They just need warm bodies to keep up with the turn over rate
no one gives a rats butt because everyone is so tired of this place. We are all so overworked and underpaid that peopoe just don't care
Work culture and care for each other
The can-do attitude of people, the many changes the company is going through, and amount of things to do there are. The new building in San Diego helps a lot too! (It's super cool!)
Turn over rate is high due to tbe toxic work environment, most of the people getting promoted is political, social, and favoritism based.
