Mr. Pavan Bagai has been the Chief Operating Officer of Exlservice Holdings, Inc. since May 2008 and has been its President since April 2012. Mr. Bagai served as Vice President of Exlservice Holdings, Inc. from June 2006 to April 2008. He served as Head of BPO Operations of ExlService.com (India) Private Limited (EXL India), a subsidiary of Exlservice Holdings Inc. since June 2006 until April 2008. He was responsible for offshore delivery across all the business lines and geographies and spearheads Outsourcing operations and also responsible for administratively managing the Transformation services in India and strategic client relationships. He served as EXL India Vice President - Strategic Business at ExlService.com (India) Private Limited since November 2004. He served as Vice President and Head of Operations of EXL India from December 2003 to October 2004 and played a key role in identification and execution of initiatives for inorganic growth. He served as Vice President and Head of Operations of EXL India from November 2003 to November 2004 and as Vice President of its Operations from July 2002 to December 2003. From 1985 to joining EXL India, He served in various capacities in several key business areas of Bank of America, including corporate banking, finance, capital markets and trading in various markets across Asia and Europe, including India. He spearheaded the restructuring of Bank of America's securities activities in India and built and led capital markets businesses in Thailand, Russia, Korea and Poland. He is an alumnus of St. Stephen's College, Delhi and holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Mr. Vishal Chhibbar has been the Chief Financial Officer of Exlservice Holdings, Inc. since June 2009. Mr. Chhibbar has been an Executive Vice President at Exlservice Holdings, Inc. since April 2012. He has 20 years of professional experience and has been with GE Capital since 1998, where he served in various senior leadership roles in finance. Since 2005, he served as the Regional Head, Group Financial Planning for Strategy and Treasury for GE Capital, Australia and New Zealand. He served as a Vice President at Exlservice Holdings, Inc. In 2004 and 2005, He served as Chief Financial Officer for GE Capital, South Korea. From 1998 to 2004, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for GE Capital, Indonesia and Malaysia. Prior to GE Capital, He has worked for American Express Bank in New Delhi, where he was a Manager in their Global Capital Markets group and Xerox where he was Manager Finance & Business Planning. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from DAV College, Dehradun.

Mr. Rembert de Villa has been an Executive Vice President and Head of Health Care at Exlservice Holdings, Inc. since January 2014. Mr. de Villa served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Exlservice Holdings, Inc., since September 2010 until January 2014 and Head of Insurance & Health Care since April 2012. Mr. de Villa served as Global Head of Client Management at Exlservice Holdings, Inc. since September 2010 until April 2012 and Managing Principal and Head of Transformation Services from April 2008 to August 2010. He served as Vice President of Exlservice Holdings. He served as Vice President of ExlService Holdings, Inc. Mr. de Villa served as Head of Transformation, Vice President and lead Research & Analytics, Risk Advisory Services, & Value Added Services of Exlservice Holdings, Inc., and served as its Head of Partnerships & Alliances since March 2010. He has over 23 years of global management consulting experience and leadership, primarily in the financial services industry. He joined Exlservice Holdings from MasterCard Advisors, where he was the Global Practice Leader for Strategic Services. Prior to that, he led the North American Financial Services practice of Capgemini in New York. He also spent five years as a Vice President at A.T. Kearney's financial institutions practice and over ten years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in their European and Americas practices, focusing in business strategy and transformation for financial services clients. Mr. de Villa has 23 years of senior-level consulting experience from previous leadership roles at Capgemini, AT Kearney and Andersen Consulting. Mr. de Villa holds MBA from the Asian Institute of Management and attended the postgraduate program in Business Economics at the University of Bonn.
