Antwort von Franklin International7 years agoFranklin pays well enough to hire experienced people rather than just new grads, so the best advice is to get experience in the field you want to work in, then come to Franklin when you are ready for a long-term position.
We normally hire experienced people, not too many entry level positions, so get experience!

Franklin pays well enough to hire experienced people rather than just new grads, so the best advice is to get experience in the field you want to work in, then come to Franklin when you are ready for a long-term position.
