When you bring yoir concerns to menagment they just brush you off. Immidate superiours are exctimly rude to the point of yelling and cursing

Because this company fires employees and never hires replacements just put more responsibility on the remaining employees without offering raises, this has happened with 8 employees getting fired in a 3 yr piored and no replacements being hired & responsibilitys being spread out for remaining crew.
